After more than 25 years working in IT support and service delivery – including 10 years managing MSP support teams – I saw the same pattern again and again:
Small businesses were either:
- Struggling along with “whoever knows the most about computers” in the office, or
- Locked into expensive, over-complicated IT contracts that didn’t really fit their size.
I’ve always been the “just ask Claire” person – at work, for friends, and for family. The one people call when something doesn’t work, looks odd, or they’re worried about pressing the wrong button.
I started Just Ask IT Services to turn that into something simple and useful for local businesses in Guernsey:
- A friendly, familiar face you can actually call when something goes wrong
- Clear, honest advice without the jargon or hard sell
- Flexible support that can grow and shrink with your business, instead of tying you into long commitments
I’m not trying to build a big IT company with layers of people you never meet.
